Frequently Asked Questions is a section on our website dedicated to addressing common questions and concerns that our visitors might have. What is the “Boats” page?

On this page, you can easily browse the boats that we can build and deliver to you. You can pick your options and send us an offer question regarding the boat of your dreams. It is a place where you can order a brand-new boat from different manufacturers and have it custom-made.

What is the “Pre-Configured Boats” page?

Those are boats that are in our immediate access and are ready to go any minute to the customer. All of these vessels are listed on other boat-selling websites to quickly find a new owner. We recommend checking our current offer of the Boats in-Stock as it is the fastest way to get your vessel.

Warranty

You receive a manufacturer’s warranty in accordance with the law of the country where the boat was manufactured. If your boat comes with an engine the standard warranty of the engine manufacturer is also applied to your order.

Where do the products come from?

We are currently delivering products from various manufacturers in Poland.

Do I need a license?

To purchase a boat, you do not need additional qualifications. Most often you need qualifications if the engine power exceeds 15 HSP to steer the vessel, detailed regulations depend on the country in which the boat is used. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with local legal requirements. More information for Spain is here.

How long could I wait for my boat?

For the boats that are “Pre-Configured”, it could be as fast as the transport means allow. For the boats from our catalog, it could take 6 weeks till the boat is manufactured and ready for shipment. Depending on the order specification it could take a little more till the addons and/or engine are fitted. All the status updates will be provided to you via email and phone.

Customer Support

From the very beginning, we tried to combine our sales efforts with direct customer support. You will have all the necessary contact information for the person responsible directly for your order. Feel free to reach any time once your order is confirmed. We will help with any problem.

What is the Refund Policy

Depending on the situation different entities may be responsible for providing the refund. In case of any factory damage, we will need to hear from you via email at info@yourboat-es.preview-domain.com. You must describe the problem to the best of your abilities so that we can assist. Please provide us with any necessary photographic material linked to your issue. We also employ our own quality control checks and always take care of any missteps. You can count on our transparency.

Attention!  –  Once the production of your boat has been paid, it will not be possible to refund the deposit!

Can I change/modify my order?

Yes, if the production hasn’t begun It is possible to modify the order. Please contact us immediately.

Payment

After paying a 30 percent advance payment to our account, the order will be placed with the manufacturer. After the deposit payment, production will follow. You will be provided with all the necessary invoices and billing documentation once the order is confirmed. You will receive all the information from an agent.

Transport

Transport costs will be counted separately and will depend on the final destination. We ship to all the EU countries.
