 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The controller of the personal data of the Service Recipient provided to the Service Provider.
  2. The Service Provider declares that the personal data of the Service Recipient will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
  3. The Service Provider provides an email address for Service Recipients.
  4. The definitions assigned to terms in accordance with §2 of the Regulations shall also apply in this Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

2 DATA PROCESSING

  1. The Service Provider processes the personal data of Service Recipients, including name, phone number, email address, IP address, the content of inquiries/complaints/remarks, as well as identifiers and information collected through cookies.
  2. The personal data of Service Recipients are recorded in system logs.
  3. The Service Provider processes the personal data of Service Recipients using the website for the following purposes:
    a) Sending newsletters.
    b) Performing a contract for the provision of electronic services concerning the provision of website resources.
    c) Handling inquiries/remarks.
    d) Handling complaints.
    e) Technical and administrative purposes related to ensuring the security and administration of the IT system.
    f) Conducting email correspondence between the Service Provider and the Service Recipient in connection with the Service Provider’s business activities.
    g) Pursuing or establishing claims or defending against them.
  4. Data are processed in connection with the performance of a contract, based on consent, as a result of a legal obligation, and based on the legitimate interest of the controller.

3 DATA RECIPIENTS

  1. The Service Provider may, to the extent necessary, transfer the personal data of the Service Recipient to external entities.
  2. The Service Provider reserves the right to disclose the personal data of the Service Recipient to competent authorities or third parties that submit a request in this regard.
  3. The transfer of personal data is based on a data processing agreement as referred to in Article 28(3) of the GDPR.

4 RIGHTS OF THE SERVICE RECIPIENT

  1. The Service Recipient has the right to permanent access to their personal data.
  2. The provisions of §4(2) do not apply to the extent that processing is necessary pursuant to Article 17(3)(e) of the GDPR.
  3. The Service Recipient has the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of their personal data, information about the purposes of processing, categories of personal data, and information about the sources of data collection.
  4. The Service Recipient has the right to request the restriction of the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider.
  5. The Service Recipient has the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
  6. At any time, the Service Recipient may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data.
  7. The Service Recipient has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. Without prejudice to the right mentioned in §4(8), the Service Recipient, pursuant to Article 79(1) of the GDPR, has the right to seek redress through judicial proceedings.
  9. The Service Recipient has the right to receive from the Service Provider, in PDF format, the personal data provided to the Service Provider.
  10. Upon the Service Recipient’s request, the Service Provider is obliged to transfer personal data, in the form specified in §4(10), to another controller.

5 DATA SECURITY

  1. The personal data of Service Recipients will be retained by the Service Provider for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.
  2. The Service Provider protects the personal data provided to it.
  3. The Service Provider informs the supervisory authority of cases of personal data security breaches.
  4. The Service Provider notifies the data subject of such a breach.
  5. The Service Provider does not disclose the personal data of the Service Recipient to third parties.

§6 COOKIES POLICY

  1. The internet platform uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are used for the purpose of using the internet service.
  3. Through cookies, the Service Provider receives information about the browser, software, and end device of the Service Recipient.
  4. The Service Provider places cookies on the end device and has access to them.

    c) Direct cookies.
    d) External cookies.
  6. The Service Provider uses cookies to maintain a session while the Service Recipient uses the website.
  7. The Service Recipient has the option to change the settings of “cookies” in the internet browser they are currently using.
  8. The Service Recipient can block the automatic handling of “cookies.”
